Trying to decide if I need to put a section of hog panel or something across a culvert in a ditch my cows would have access to or not. The culvert is about 5 feet tall. My thought is maybe curious calves, if not cows, might walk through it and then not be able to figure out how to get back to mama. Your thoughts?
