No. of calves purchased(or raised)
minus - payment made to rendering company
minus - number of head accounted for by scale tickets
equal - number put in freezer
number put in freezer * average fat calf cost * tax rate(plus penalties) equal some pretty expensive steaks
Now, had he said they died and he buried them, might have been a different story, but he was honest and it hurt. | |
