West Central IL | Even though I'm involved in the Sheriff's office locally I'm with Loran,talk to the new landowner and see what you can get worked out in a polite way.If that doesn't work then you can tell him that the the law will just have to handle it.The Sheriff will appreciate that you tried to make it work before you get them involved as long as you don't do it in a threatening way so he doesn't have to sit you down for a timeout too.
If it had been me and I knew there was logging going on I would have wanted them to look at my trees and see what they were paying,it makes for a healthier timber to thin it out every 20 years or so. | |
