west central illinois | i would call the game warden they are in charge of all timber related issuses such as timber taxes and such had this happen to a landlord of mine last year game warden came out and mesured the stumps to determine age and condition of the trees and made the timber cutter pay the land lord for them along with a few tickets i cant help but think if the property lines are well marked that he knew he was in the wrong but prolly didnt think you would be back to see it that quick looks suspicious to me | |
