True story read or saw a report on TV/internet accelerator stuck, in a panic the driver called 911 asking what to do, driver was too dumb to turn key off and thus crashed into something and was killed before she could figue out what to do.
Another option would be take the vehicle out of drive then we could have a freeway version of Cash for clunkers blowing up vehicles or even if you take the tranny out who cares at that point.
