Subject: Toyota should have asked NAT for help

Cherokee Co., Iowa
I'm sure with all the knowledge available here on NAT, if Toyota had simply asked for our help we could have saved the company. It is widley know that a farmer can fix anything with a pair of pliers, some baleing wire and duct tape. It certainly sounds like it has to be electrical with all the modern electronics in the cars today. Probably something so obvious that it is beneath the engineers thinking.

Any ideas on how to stop their runaway cars:
Disconnect cruise control
Check all grounds
Frayed wire someplace
