My grandmothers said it was a sign of poor upbringing to wear a hat in doors. And they were ranch women. Then don't wear your hat indoors. What did they tell you about sticking your nose in other people's business ?

Do you remove your hat when you are introduced to a lady? depends on the lady

Plus in the Naval Service, you DO NOT wear a cover in doors unless you are under arms.
I'm not in the Navy so how does that apply ? |
