Seems like some think that it's "old school" to remove a cap at the table, but was taught respect to the people you are sitting with and to the host and hostess. Sorry, but I will still ; say please, thank you, hold a door open for you, help any way I can, guess I should "grow up" but I feel like the majority, not the minority.
