Building new house-any tax credits, low interest loans, etc??

To follow up on the electrical-you can't have too many circuits or outlets. Kitchen outlets should be divided so each can take an appliance. Ideally, every outlet should be on its own circuit.

Outside outlet- if you are ever planning on using a pressure washer next to that hot water outlet- at least have a 20 amp circuit- a 220 volt wouldn't be out of line.

And the laundry room-bathroom nice to have set up so you can come in the house and get cleaned up without having to parade in front of your wife's tea party (unless you want to of course)!

And landscaping-remember trees grow and are (a) always too close to the house and (2) become too big for the yard. Plan ahead- maybe some plantings that can be removed after a few years.
