Floyd County, Iowa | I usually leave a 20% tip. I don't remember the last time I left less. Both of our daughters waited tables when they were in college, and it's a tough job. Many would be surprised at the number of patrons that are outright rude to their servers.
I don't consider the tip as part of the price of the meal anymore than I would consider the gas to drive there as part of the meal cost.
I have never tipped at fast food places. | |
