SW WI | You can eat cheap if you really try. It will definitely involve packing a lunch. The OP is talking about home cooked, cheap meals…do food trucks count?
Some can be very economical and some can be a trying to cultivate a “specialty” atmosphere….not economical.
I’ve come to realize….it is easier to eat crappy, than something that is healthy for you.
