Subject: RE: Lunch specials

Montpelier Indiana
I just had breakfast at the small town of Pennville near me at the bar, the " Briar Patch". Breakfast special today was choice of 2 eggs, choice of meat, fried taters or hashbrowns, toast, coffee. $7.00

They have lunch specials every day for just a little more than that and you can get a "lunch card". Have you server initial your lunch card and your 11th lunch is free.

Good friend of mine runs the local restaurant in Montpelier, lunch specials are $8 to $12 depending on what it is. I stop at a McDonalds MAYBE once a year, sure costs a lot more there, I scares me where the meat comes from @ McDonalds. I raised a small beef herd at one time, couple of times I had a fellow come to pick up a down or almost dying cow (I sure wouldn't of ate them!!). I asked him where he sold them. He told me he was hooked up with a McDonalds buyer, if the animal can walk or walk across the scales with help, McDonalds will buy it.
