$10 or less?

That's becoming a rarity here in NE IL. Even in our small towns of populations 1000 or less (think 100). Do you tip for table service? 20% seems common. That would mean either your meal was around $8.30 plus tip, or one doesn't tip at all. 
I would guess that 99% of people don't tip @ fast food places.

2 yrs ago it was pretty easy to get by for $10 or less @ restaurant at lunch. Then something happened due to some nation-wide illness that affected mostly businesses it seemed. After that, menus were re-written at a hectic pace.
