If you are buying N from someone who is 'selling' it to you, you have a whole other problem on the farm. I've never bought fertilizer from someone who told me how much to put on.
Snake oil is snake oil and those that actively sell it are snakes. 'You need to put it on for multiple years to get the true benefit' is code for 'give me your money for this until I find another way to hustle you'. Things don't really change, just the name on the snake oil bottle changes. | |
