That's what worked for the Packers in the hog industry. I'm old enough to say 230 live wt hogs were a sweet spot. Withing 10 yrs of that....270-280 live was the spot. Good old days of 239 lb hogs...turn my barn 3 times easily in a year. Made some good money...then that changed.

Also see the changes in using the board for cattle are looking like the changes to the hog board...going to be not relevant?

They might have us by the short hairs.
