Not that its a great idea to discuss whats in your will, but dad told me some details of what he plans to do. I own about 100 acres and dad still rents mine from me for a good price and in exchange i help him. Ive probably always got the short end of the stick. I have one sister. Sounds like dad wants to leave me all the equipment and a couple certain pieces of land and one we own together. Most of the other land i will have a half interest share in with my sister who doesnt do anything with the farm... Sounds like he wants me to try to slowly buy pieces for a very very fair price as he gets older. Im about ready to buy another farm and will start buying my own seed and farming it on my own since dads getting older and im 32 and need to start figuring things out how to operate on my own...
