Was talking with a friend recently who spent big bucks for Anderson windows. When it gets cold all of the hardware frosts up and then drips on the wood trim. Called Anderson they said that's just the way it is and wouldn't do anything. So much for the advertising that says we do it all no middle man and they take care of everything with such a good warranty.
