western wi | I don’t know about losing your parents, but, try exercising. Even if you’re very active. Just try it for two weeks. And I’m not talking 20 pushups or lifting weights for 15 minutes. Run, exercise bike, or something very demanding and push yourself. I can’t tell you what it did for me. And eat right. I started running a year ago last January. I hadn’t run since high school and then hated it. I ate somewhat healthy but really took it up a notch. I can’t explain how much better I feel. Mentally and physically. As hard as running is, I literally crave it some days. The tougher the day the harder I and further I run. | |
