| Everybody's situation is different and how they cope with loss can be drastically different. I lost both parents within 3 months in 2017. They where in their late 80s, so I knew it could happen very quickly. I realized 30 years ago that it was a treasure to have them both and I made the effort to spend extra time with them and not worry about the small stuff. I'm sure you have many great memories of them . Focus on that. The pain does get easier, but it doesn't completely go away. Focusing on the loss to much, can delay the healing process.
