I'm tired of screaming at my phone in a noisy environment so that it understands me and/or repeating myself 2-3 times.
I very seldom talk into an automated phone call. When they ask you a question, you can press 1 to answer yes, 2 for no, even if they don't tell you that you can use the numbers.
Likewise, when given multiple options, press the number according to the order that they were given. On most systems if you know what they are going to tell you, you can press the number before they finish asking the question. |
