Good luck.
Old slow drivers cause more problems on the road than any other demographic.
They get away with it as they are technically not the legal cause of the problem, even though they caused it by being in the way.
Too many old folks cant see hear or walk, yet are allowed behind the wheel.

My grandpa was a wild man behind the wheel in his youth, then drove 60kms (40mph) everywhere after 80. Was an absolute menace on the road but drove until a week before he passed. Would be so slow turning left that people would pass by in front of him as he turned.

Good luck to you, this is a failure of the law that needs addressed.
