Hawesville, KY | I can remember when my dad took away my grand dad's keys. Granddadhad just got home from town with his rear bumper and fender smashed in and he said he didn't know how it happened. Sheriff called dad to ask about him, said witnesses said he had run a red light, someone hit him, spun him around 360°, and he just kept going and never stopped. When dad questioned him he said he was in the right. Dad told him "We'll I'd rather you be right than dead right". I remember this because I'd just turned 16 and that day I became his chauffeur. | |
