| There sure would be unless you paid $15,000 an acre for it. Some states have capitol gains also so you could end up paying 4 or 5 thousand in taxes after a $15,000 sale so he should probably only figure ROI for $10,000 an acre and than if you add in the inflation of land if you own it the whole picture changes. If it worked the way he said it works there would be investor owners selling land.
