EC SoDak | Some land was sold probably 6-7 years ago, the bulk would been early 2021. He sold around 11k/ac, land probably would’ve peaked if you averaged his ground productivity somewhere in that 12-13 range. Much was bought 5k and less, some much less. The bulk was bought by 1 investor and was rented back. He rolled it all into apartments all around eastern SoDak. I won’t go into his numbers, not my place, but it’s been working out pretty well. | |
