When you go to a land auction, it’s full of old farmers saying”that’s too much” or “I’ll buy it on the bankruptcy sale” I will agree the numbers don’t work, but have they ever? Maybe you have reached the point in your career that you just watch others buy the land? I blame federal crop insurance and usda for modern agriculture.
