| I ran one until I thought the cost outpaced the value to me. A business associate bought one for more than I had it valued and I bought the third for what I thought was good value. We’ll all be in the same room next time land is for sale and we’ll all be able to hold our heads high and shake hands afterwords. Each person assigned value differently and we all went home with part of the prize that worked best for each of us. | |
