Why didn't these guys paying cash by land 5 years ago? When it was 1/2 the price.
It wasn’t available. Never seen so much for sale in my lifetime as the last 3 years. Some just sold for 25-30,000 in the last month. Bought a piece less than a year ago outright that I was farming already that i got an offer on last week. Almost 1.5 times of what I paid for it. Land here is absolutely insane.
