I’m not picking at you, but just curious how one can know for sure that money isn’t being borrowed in some shape, fashion, or form.
Short answer is if you know the ones buying here you just know. Some is 1031, one investor, couple well off farms. The normal farmer cannot buy land here anymore unless you find an outright deal.
