Depending on how you want to mark high water marks (averages or individual sales). It appears 15-30% off since early to mid January.
Property taxes, JD low, rents due shortly. Then throw a 30.5% reduction in value of the 23 crop since 1 year ago and the US farmer is record long corn in the bin.
Odds are we continue to drive prices down until it’s in the hands of the commercials
