We tried splitting tubes, didn’t work
Best long term solution has been to pail milk first 2 milkings. Obviously the calf gets the colostrum from the first milking. The second milkings get used for the “base” of the powder we mix up for bull/angus calves. 1 less milking to sell, but after breaking all the meters down and soaking then hand scrubbing 3 times I can live with it. No issues with meters since we started pail milking 2x
