I was about to chime in and agree with everyone about how bad it is. Then while feeding today it dawned on me that it’s the same every year here.
lol. Agreed. We got just our token week or two of canadian concrete and back to the mud for the next few months. With the dry summer into fall, it was nice to feed most of my hay without dealing with mud. Most of the cattle are on stockpile now since mid December and will be hopefully for another 4-6 weeks. For me, this is seeming to be the ticket. Very little cold weather tractor starts and minimal rutting the place up. |
Is anyone but me tired of mud?
