South Texas | How many times a year do you sell? Mine go straight off the cow, being a one man operation it’s hard to do more than one place on a day, I just added it up, that’d be 16 days sitting in a barn, noon to, well I guess they’re done by 5 now but they’ll run to midnight in the fall. Well maybe it’s 12 days, sometimes I’ll catch and sort one place the evening before and then haul those in the morning and catch and sort a smaller place in the morning as well.
