I know that the mega dairy near me doesn't visit the FSA office. And they do operate a chunk of their own cropland acres. That says nothing about H2A, of course.


They self insure their feed source? 



Why take crop insurance on irrigated corn silage? They're not in hail country.

They buy more feed than they grow, and I wouldn't know how those acres are handled. Just that they don't go to the FSA office for the acres they operate themselves.
