Here's a kicker... 4-5 years ago I had a dairy manager of over 200000 cows tell me with this cng green energy they were going to shut down their digester and just produce cng. He said the credits amounted to around 100 dollars per head per day profit. Now the little guy with less than 3000 head who doesn't have a digester is out of business. Sorry, but this is government at its finest.
