For what it’s worth, not all vets that “green tag” calves in Iowa are good. Most are. One in particular comes to mind, had some calves in a few groups that shouldn’t have qualified for those sales a few years ago, and all but one of the tags I turned in went back to the same clinic. Programs are only as good as the people administering them. I’m not going to blast them on the internet as I don’t know if they still have the problem in that clinic.
What happens if you take calves to sale with rotting nuts?
