south central IOWA | Just use pipe instead of sucker rod for the uprights if your having trouble with it.
After posting pictures of these that I made, I think it was JDSWMO that said just flip it over when the bottom rusts out. Wish I would have thought of that so that I would have made the sheet metal the same size and thickness. The bottom is 11 gauge and the top is 16 gauge. Might be a few years before it rusts, but I still like that idea.
