| I wouldn't be so sure of that....................There are a few guys around here that have amish crews, one of the reason is transportation, the hats can't hire a guy to haul them anymore because they have cracked down in accidents as the haulers weren't "Commercial" and didn't have the right level of insurance for a van load of hats, so the English have the vehicle, business, all the insurance and transport the hats who take most of the profit and the owner is paid to sit on his hole all day and do not much more than nothing. With that said, one I know of just drives from farm to farm every morning until he has a van full, some days it is the same guys, others it is totally different, not sure how the quality would be on projects with that. I had two neighbors hire this guy to put metal roofs on their houses, and both of them leaked................They came back with a caulk gun and solved the issue.............for now. | |
