There is an automatic profit level over a standard business.NO comp,No SSI,No banks used,NO power bills,and a litany of other savings with out a government involvement
People don't understand this...........The Amish understand it and use it to their advantage. 25-30 years ago around me alot of small Nursery's were around that were supporting one or two english families, when the Amish couldn't milk cows and make it, they moved into that space, the English could not compete and just about all were forced out because john q public goes for the best price not understanding why the English were higher and it wasn't because they were trying to get rich quick. Makes my blood boil.................especially when you had young hats make smart comments about what they were doing, and knew what they were doing. The only good news is like everything else, they all got into it, and now they all are seeing who can do the most work for the least amount of money so they are having the last laugh. I competed with them on welding/machining and I swear the math they use makes no sense, but if you got 12 year old labor to torch steel into raw stock and move it for free to the next process, that isn't something I can compete against and that math will never work for me before I even get the pencil sharpened. |
