Video of guy pulling stomach down out of your esophagus which my chiro did to me for the last 10 years of more. I don't take meds. He said you could drink 2 glasses of water and take a deep breath and jump off a stool and let the breath out as you hit the floor (4 or 5 times). Anything to pull the stomach down. I have taken a tide bottle and pushed down on it in the middle of the night to get through. Your body is not getting the full deal of nutrients by taking all of these antacids, I have read.
