I have had acid reflux and swallowing problems for 40 years. On Nov. 5 I had a piece of steak lodge in my esophagus. I took a drink of water to push it down like I have done many times. I pushed too hard and it perforated my esophagus. Life flighted to Omaha. 25 days in the hospital. Been home 8 days. Finally have some energy today.
