How much water do you need? With 15' of drop, you should develop around 6+ of pressure. Pipe size will just help determine how many gallons an hour will flow. SWAG method has me thinking a 1" pipe with that much head, would move 4-5 gallons a minute. Hope, I'm not shorting you the two cents.
