Currently have one well on 120 acres. Solar setup fairly reliable but limited to one trough. I’m thinking of gravity feeding another tank so I could cross fence and rotate pastures. My question is , say I have a 1500 gallon tank at the well and need to pipe water 1000 feet to another tank , what size pipe would I need? Elevation change ie drop is about 15 feet in 1000 ft. Thanks.
