I remember when I was a kid we would hook up the 2 flare boxes to WD Allis tractors and haul cobs from the corn sheller to the field. I also remember my dad made up a pipe and hose and when the flare box was pulled up to the elevator it would be hooked to the tractor on the elevator so it could be raised by that tractor.
