The wild persimmons are getting close. Usually about first frost they are ripe. We are getting close to that date. Watching a tree along side a road that is loaded. Kind of small this year because of the dry period but the tree is loaded with numbers. Coons and possums are going to have a feast this year. I hope to try one or two at least if I can catch them right.

Not low carb so I will only sample a few.
