Let us know how the custard turns out. We had paw paw trees where I grew up but don't have any where I am at now, and that's only 80 miles north of where I was. I wasn't crazy about eating them as a kid but my tastes have changed tremendously as I am older, liking things that I hated and hating things that I liked LOL.
