Around the house is tough, because other people buy things you are trying to avoid. I keep the makings of a meat and cheese party tray without crackers for my go to snack. Sausage sticks and string cheese go in my travel cooler.
I keep some Adkins products and other Keto snacks around. I never have the second, and have mostly eliminated my need for snacks.
