Subject: RE: Dental health

West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12
I'm not going to mess with what works for me.

I haven't had a cavity since the early 80's, my gums are healthy, gum bleeding has never been a issue, I have all my own healthy teeth, and my parents spent a lot of money back in the 70's....and I spent a lot of time, pain, and suffering straightening my teeth to quit religiously brushing my teeth first thing in the morning when I wake up and before I go to bed at night with Aquafresh toothpaste and a Sonic tooth brush at this stage of my life.

My thoughts are eating meat wrapped in bacon is not going to magically reverse years of tooth and gum damage done by sugar consumption, chewing tobacco, smoking, and/or poor oral hygiene.
