"The first thing I noticed my gums no longer bled when I brushed my teeth. Can't remember a time my gums didn't bleed a little. Nothing severe and maybe not every time, but something like 3 out of 4 times. Most of the time a little reddish hint to my spit when I spit out after brushing. Can't remember the last time I noticed blood color to my tooth brushing spit but it has been at least two or three years. Maybe more."
Now that it's been mentioned I also notice that my gums don't bleed while brushing.
I'm not a 100% Keto but watch carefully. My weight and overall numbers have improved.
They weren't bad but DR's kept pushing and I thought what the heck I'll give it a try.
Well my numbers are excellent.
I do not rely on numbers 100% but take into consideration how I feel!
