This book by Dr Berry is pretty good. We got it in audio version. My wife has a subscription to audio books and for a set fee annually she gets two Audiobooks selections a month. That was one of her selections. The paper version would have some advantages in being able to see charts, references and such. The audio is nice in that we can listen to it while traveling. I don't claim he is right about everything, but enough of what he says I can first hand relate to that I give him pretty high marks in the belief spectrum. He has another new book just recently out also called Kicking Ass After 50 but it is not on Audible yet so we do not have it.
