The carnivore diet is not for every nor does everyone need it. But it appears there are a certain number of people that do well and have great health improvements eating carnivore. Then there are even people that are more restrictive for health reasons and eat only beef or ruminant animals. One famous person that does such is Jordan Peterson. Here is a short video where he talks about his and his daughters and wife's health journey that ultimately ended up with eating only meat and improving their health tremendously. I post this thinking that there may be people with health problems they just can't seem to get a handle on and they might not have considered the carnivore diet. My wife and I have transitioned over the last couple of years to a carnivorish diet. Probably 90-95% carnivore yet we still do eat a few vegetables although very limited.
